- I, The artist, own all rights for the completed works. Including distribution for self-promotion and portfolio.
- The client retains the rights of their character if they are the client’s.
- The client isn't allowed to alter the artwork in any way without permission.
- I will provide you with two versions of the commission: with watermark and without watermark. All artwork are for Personal use. Unless there is prior agreement. If you're planning to post on your social media... Please post the watermarked one with credits to the artist, Catus_s0da. This is to prevent any unsolicited use of the drawing.
- I’m allowed to cancel and refund your commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour from the client and any other reasons.
- After the sketch is confirmed the client can’t no longer ask for refund for their commission.
- If you wish to retain commercial rights for your piece, you will need to pay 2x the base price. Kindly tell me in advance about it. [THIS does not apply to emotes commission as the price is already for commercial use]
- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI and Machine Learning training database.
- All prices are subject to change but any ongoing commission will not be affected by the price change

- Contact me through my Twitter or Instagram DM with your request
- After detail is confirmed, you can have an invoice through Arty.oo or you can make at least 50% of the payment using other payment method first.
- Initial sketch will only be done after payment is confirmed
- After initial sketch is approved, request of major revision (ex. changing pose, changing outfit) will cost revision fee.
- I will send the finished result through your contact using google drive link or through email, based on our prior agreement.

Estimated time for the finished illustration to be delivered will vary depending on what you order but in general it will be around 3 to 7 days. (Full body and illustration with complicated background might take up to 2 weeks)
You will be informed if I need to delay your piece.

- At least 50% of the payment need to be given before sketching phase unless you ordering Skeb section which need 100% payment on the front.
- Preferably most of the transaction will be done through the website Arty.ooo, I will send invoice to you and you can pay through card or paypal, for more information of payment through Arty.ooo you can refer to this Client Guide Link
- Other payment method I accept are Ko-fi donation, Wise transfer.
- For Indonesia Client I prefer payment through Saweria or Gopay.

- You can ask as many revision as you want on the sketching phase
- Any major revision requested after the initial sketch is approved will require the fee of 20% the full price of your piece
- Minor revision (small details, colour adjustment etc) are free of charge
